Waitlist

Every Drop Zone holds a fixed amount, and yours has reached it. Rather than let you book a window we can't honor, we'll hold your place in line and email you the moment space opens — usually right after the next scheduled sweep.

Joining the waitlist is not a booking

No window is reserved for you, no access code is issued, and nothing is charged to your card — not the item price, not the $4.50 service fee, nothing. You'll still book normally once we tell you there's room.

We mention it twice because it matters: a waitlist entry is a notification, not a reservation.

What Happens Next

1

You Join the List

Fill in the form below. We record your community, your unit, and what you need removed, so we know how much room to hold back for you.

2

Our Crew Clears the Zone

Sweeps are triggered by how full a zone is, not by a fixed calendar — so a busy community gets cleared more often, not less.

3

We Email You to Book

You'll get an email as soon as booking reopens at your community. Places are worked in the order they were joined, but the email goes to everyone — book when you're ready.

While You Wait

  • Keep the item inside your unit. Don't set it in a hallway, a stairwell, or beside the Drop Zone door. Items left outside the zone aren't ours yet, aren't covered, and may be treated as illegal dumping by your property.
  • Check what we can actually take. Worth two minutes now rather than a refusal later — the Accepted Items Policy covers what we collect, and the Prohibited and Hazardous Items Policy covers what we can't.
  • Measure anything large. Items over 300 pounds or eight feet need approval before booking, so it's easier to sort out during the wait.
  • Plans changed? Reply to your confirmation email and we'll take you off the list. No penalty, and no awkwardness.

Common Questions

It depends on how quickly your community's zone fills and when the next sweep lands. We'd rather not quote a number we can't stand behind — what we can say is that a zone reaching capacity is itself what triggers a sweep, so a full zone tends to be cleared sooner than a quiet one.
No, and we won't pretend otherwise. The email tells you booking has reopened; the window you want is still first-come. Booking promptly after the email is the best way to get the slot you want.
Not while the zone is full. All three services deliver into the same Drop Zone, so capacity limits every tier equally — a crew can't put your sofa somewhere that has no room for it either.
Join the list anyway, then call us at (888) 97-BULKY and tell us your move-out date. We can't promise anything, but a hard deadline is worth knowing about — it may affect how we schedule the next sweep at your property.
